Council members work to help create a meaningful difference to the Lafayette community. Here are examples of where we have had impact over the years:

- June 2025 Admin Council Elections
- May 7, 2025, Administrative Staff Breakfast, includes presentation from Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges (LVAIC)
- April 29, 2025, Open Community Lunch with the Landis Center for Community Engagement
- April 23, 2025, LaFarm: Open Community Lunch with Sustainability
- March 26, 2025, Open Community Lunch with the Dyer Center for Innovation + Entrepreneurship.
- March 12, 2025, Lafayette Shop Local in downtown Easton. Celebrate Lafayette’s founding by supporting it’s founders: the citizens of Easton. Stop by the Admin council table at 3rd & Ferry – the first 50 staff members to stop by will receive a $10 City of Easton gift card.
- March 11, 2025, Admin Council Town Hall on Shared Governance.
- February 19, 2025, Open Community Lunch: Come hear Dining Services and Geoff Labe of Business Services share some “Laf Hacks” for planning your event and utilizing catering. Plus, learn about some recent updates to the EMS platform experience.
- December 19, 2024, Open Community Lunch, An Introduction to Lafayette’s General Counsel, Timothy D. Cedrone, and overview of current legal landscape.
- November 25, 2024, Open Community Lunch, Public Safety – the current state of the campus and a review of protocols in the event of a campus emergency and crisis.

- September 27, 2024: Division of Inclusion: Ernest Jeffries, VP of Inclusion, introduced Kimberly Weatherly, the new Executive Director of Intercultural Development. Together they discussed plans for strengthening connections within the Lafayette community and the importance of promoting diversity and inclusion in all spaces.
